Change of asylum responsibility due to bombing incident

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak ordered yesterday the transfer of admistration functions of insane asylums nationawide from municipalities to the Ministry of Health.
Prime minister Kamal Ganzouri said during a cabinet meeting that the president's decision covered mental and psycological asylums in Cairo and Alexandria
The decision was taken after an escapee from a mental hospital along with his brother bombed a tourist bus killing ten people.
