Envoy holds talks with Algerian aide

Algerian Communications and Culture Minister and government spokesman Hamrawi Habib conferred with the Saudi ambassador to Algeria, Mohamed Eid Hamoud Al Otaibi on developing cooperation between the two countries in all fields, especially in communications and cultural spheres, Akbar Al Arab daily said today.
