Decision of Interdicting the book God of the Times is Annulled

The Magistrate of Temporary Cases at the Northern Cairo Preliminary Court decided to repeal a previous court decision to ban the book "God of the Times," written by Sayed Mohammed Al Qemany, from circulation. The Magistrate also decided to release the machines used in printing the book.
The State Security Prosecutor had earlier ordered copies of the book collected the from the market after the official Islamic Researches Society wrote a report on the book mentioning that the it contains ridicule and derision of prominent Islamic figures, some of whom are dead. The report also mentioned that the book tackled the character of Osman Ibn Afan, a close companion of prophet Mohammed, in an inappropriate way.
