Qatar leads Saudi Arabia in Pan-Arab athletics games

Saudi Arabia stood second with a total of 16 medals, including 5 gold, 7 silvers and 4 bronzes in the 10th Pan-Arab athletic games the closing ceremony of which was patronized by Prince Fahd Ibn Sultan governor of Tabuk city, in Taif on September 14.
Four records were broken with the Qatari team topping the 17 Arab teams which participated in the tournament. Qatar finished with a tally of 21 medals, including 10 gold, 6 silvers and 5 bronzes. Sudan came third with 3 medals, out of which two were gold.
