Kuwaiti MPs starting four nation tour

National assembly secretary MP Ahmmed Baqer, heading a parliamentary friendship delegation, left Kuwait on September 15 for Spain to begin a tour that is scheduled to include Brazil, Germany and Morocco.
In Madrid, the delegation is scheduled to meet with the Spanish parliament speaker, his deputy, and heads of human rights and social and educational committees.
The legislators will fly to Rio De Janeiro on September 18, where they will meet with the Brazilian parliament speaker and members of the parliament's human rights committee.
The Kuwaiti MPs will arrive in Bonn on September 27, where they will meet with a number of German offcials including the federal parliament deputy speaker.
Rabat will be the last leg of the tour.
