No contacts with Israel

Yosef Bin Alawi the Omani minister of state for foreign affairs denied that there were deals or contacts between his country and Israel. He asserted that Oman still believes in the Middle East peace process, and that Israel cannot avoid the future or isolate itself forever.
He also said that Benjamin Netanyahu was taking a risk and undermining the goal of peace, set by ex-prime minister Menahem Begin who saw that peace between Egypt and Israel was only a start, Al Osboa weekly newspaper said today September 16.
