Israeli proposal refused by Lebanon

Israeli Defense Minister Yitzhak Mordechai's proposal that Lebanon and Israel come to terms on security arrangements in south Lebanon, has been refused by Lebanon, a Lebanese official said yesterday.
Mordechai checked into the possibility of establishing terms via a third international player and received a refusal from Lebanon, Al Anbaa daily said today.
