Miss Egypt and Mr. Egypt in Sharm El Shiekh

More than 1,000 young men and women gathered in Sharm El Shiekh to watch the contest for Miss and Mr. Egypt.
Amal Shawki, 20, studying at the faculty of arts, Cairo university, was voted Miss Egypt, and Hani Salama, 20, from American University in Cairo (AUC) was declared Mr. Egypt.
This is the first time the title of Mr. Egypt has been part of the contest, Rosa Al-Yousef weekly said today.
