To Qana

As is his habit, artist George al Zaani has returned to Beirut preceded by his wonderful madness. He returned home carrying with him a project aimed at immortalizing Qana through highly sophisticated artistic work.

The work is designed to be a permanent exhibition and an everlasting appeal for man's conscience in every part of this world. The work is targeted to make people everywhere witnesses to the barbaric and brutal massacres of the Israeli slaughterers.

George al Zaani behaves as if he was a "super power." He spends the money he sows to buy his bread in the interest of art that is adhered to man and human dignity.

The panels dedicated to immortalize Qana bear the echoes or the beating hearts of all Lebanese who prove every day that they are strong enough and brave enough to defeat the Israeli occupation troops and get rid of their evils.
