Message for Assad from Al Bashir

Syrian President Hafez Assad received at Rawda Palace in Damascus the Sudanese Foreign Trade Minister Othman al Hadi Ibrahim on September 10.
The Sudanese minister conveyed a message to President Assad from Sudan's President Omar Al Bashir. Assad asked the minister to convey a reply message.
Talks dealt with developments in the Middle East region, the situation in the African Horn, and other issues of common interest.
