Five-Nation committee holds a meeting

The Five-Nation committee monitoring the "April Understanding" started a meeting yesterday morning to study the complaint filed by Lebanon after last Friday's failed Israeli commando attack near Sidon.
The complaint asserts that Israeli aggression against civilians is an obvious violation of the 1996 April Understanding. The last fight with the commandos claimed the life of an innocent victim, Mrs. Samira Shehadeh, who burnt in her car. The complaint also condemned the use of mines that Israelis put on the streets during that operation, as trying to take the lives of more innocent victims.
