$3.5 million surplus in UAE trade balance

A specialized study found that the UAE will keep its trade balance in its favor in the upcoming year as its exports are expected to reach $26.9 million while the imports are expected to be $23.4 million, which leaves a $3.5 milliard surplus.
The surplus is $3.8 million this year, the same as last year. The surplus is spearheaded by oil revenues which are expected to rise next year to $10 million. It is $9.8 million this year, while it was $9.5 million last year.
