Netanyahu willing to enter south Lebanon negotiations

Israel has offered to negotiate for a limited troop pullout from Lebanon's occupied South. In a televised interview, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed a willingness to negotiate the withdrawal, including the possiblitiy of talking with Hizbullah about swapping several Hizbullah prisoners for the body of an Israeli soldier, killed in last night's raid near Sidon.
