Palestinians on hunger strike over cuts in relief and education services

A group of 15 Palestinians representing popular committees and Palestinian women's and students' associations went on a hunger strike on September 2 in front of the UNRWA building in Bir Hassan in Beirut to protest against the agency's budget cuts.
