U.S. jets deployed in Bahrain

Bahrain, the administrative headquarters of the United States Navy's fifth fleet, approved yesterday the US warplanes deployment in the country, official sources announced yesterday.
The Gulf News Agency quoting a Bahraini official said the government decided to allow the US jets to be deployed in Bahrain for a month, from September 19-October 20.
The United States and Bahrain had previously signed a defense cooperation agreement.
