Morocco, Polisario to resume talks

Moroccan-Polisario Sahara issue talks will resume in Lisbon, Portugal on August 28, official sources announced today.
Algeria, Mauritania, Morocco, and the Polisario as well as the United Nations Secretary General's special envoy James Baker will take part in the talks.
