Fierce clashes in south Lebanon, eight Israelis killed

The Lebanese resistance declared that eight Israeli soldiers were killed and more than seven were wounded during confrontations which took place on August 24 between Israeli soldiers and resistance-men.
Security sources reported that Israeli artillery positions in Zufata shelled Al Tluffah, Mleita, Rafti and Akhdar mounts, Akmana farm, Sajd, Ein Boswar, Litani river and Siolki valley. Israeli warplanes carried out fake raids at low altitude over the south.
Lebanese security sources said that Israeli warplanes raided Yater,Kafra and Hadatha, Majdal Zone and Zebkin.
An official resistance source denied the deaths of three resistance-men reported by some mass media.
