Man gets rough ride in women's carriage

A man received a beating on Sunday when he mistakenly got on the women-only carriage of a Helwan-bound underground Metro.
Three men spotted the man, whose name was withheld, getting into the car at "Sadat" station, and when he complied with their request to disembark, they began savagely beating him and then ran away.
Passengers intervened and released the man and took him to a nearby hospital for treatment, Al Ahram daily reported today.
