Ministry to deal with flood damage

The Ministry of Public Works and Water Recourse will deal with water pump breakdowns and repair bridges damaged by Nile floods, said Minister of Public Works Dr. Mohamoud Abou Zied.
Dr. Abou Zied stressed the necessity of maintaining the sluice gates of the high dam and Toshki reservoir of Lake Nasser to be prepared for any unexpected increase in the water levels.
Dr. Abu Zied highlighted the importance of organizing training courses for technicians and administrators to improve their efficiency in this domain.
