Civil aviation cooperation between Egypt-India

A 5-member Indian delegation, headed by Shri Anil Baijal, joint secretary at the India Ministry of Civil Aviation, wrapped up an official visit to Egypt on August 13.
The delegation held talks with senior Egyptian officials on means to consolidate joint cooperation.
According to the memorandum, the Egyptian national airline will be able to operate flights to New Delhi and Bombay. Indian carriers will be granted access to another airport in Egypt in addition to Cairo, into which they currently fly.
