Egyptian children win Indian Shanker art prizes

50 Egyptian children were recently announced winners of lucrative prizes in the Shanker art competition annually organized by India, one of the most important international art competitions for children.
The competition seeks to use art in bringing about a better understanding and cooperation among children. It also advocates cultural reciprocity among children worldwide.
The competition winners got their award from the media center of the Embassy of India in Cairo.
