34 suspected Muslim brotherhood members to be interrogated

34 people suspected of belonging to Egypt¹s outlawed Muslim Brotherhood were arrested to be interrogated by state security officers yesterday.
A security source said : "The State Security Bureau of Investigation foiled a new plan by the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood group to indoctrinate new student cadres... and penetrate universities to spread Brotherhood ideas."
The 34 members were arrested at a apartment in Alexandria, used as a training camp, on August 9. "The detained were from several provinces; large quantities of leaflets and propoganda documents... were seized in the apartment," the source added.
The arrests against the Muslim Brotherhood were the latest in a series of arrests.
