40 Algerians die in rebel attacks

The most recent attacks by terrorists left 40 civilians dead in Algeriam according to Al-Khabar newspaper. The dead included five-month-old twin babies.
In Medea province overnight 21 villiagers' throats were cut.
El-Watan newspaper reported on Friday that a homemade bomb was detonated near a mosque in Dijelfa, killing 10 and wounding an additional 20 people.
The incidents are the latest in a string of deadly attacks on Algerian civilians, that have continued despite President Lamine Zeroualšs assurances that the rebels would be hunted down for their crimes.
