Hizbullah condemns Arafat

Accusing Paletinian Authority President Yasser Arafat of "promoting lies" associating them with July 31 bombings in the Machane Yehuda open-air market in Jerusalem, Hizbullah claimed that Arafat supporters were responsible for firing Katyusha missiles that landed in northern Israel on July 8.
Israel responded to the missiles by attacking a Hizbullah camp in south Lebanon, where Hizbullah and the pro-Israeli South Lebanon Army have been engaged in regular clashes.
