Arab education ministers to meet

Arab education ministers will hold their first meeting in Tunis during the first quarter of 1998, the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALESCO) said on August 10.
A statement, which was distributed upon the conclusion of the 66th round of ALESCOšs executive council which began in Tunis last Monday, said that the first meeting of the Arab education ministers would tackle the future of education and the desired educational policies in the Arab countries to be achieved.
