Kuwaiti shipbuilders have consented to train 30 students from a summer club in the art of shipbuilding for a period of one month, the deputy board chairman of the shipbuilders said.
The course would hardly suffice to afford a thorough grounding in the profession, but the children would strike an acquaintance with the basics of shipbuilding and could go on from there in the future, he said.
