Israeli ban on Palestinians' travel includes Arafat

The decision to ban Palestinian movement includes the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, said an Israeli newspaper yesterday.
Quoting from the newspaper, Israeli Radio reported that Arafat would not have traveled to Egypt or Jordan few days ago, unless President Hosni Mubarak had intervened and King Hussein had got a permit to send a Jordanian plane to pick him up.
