Investment guarantees act to be issued today

The executive regulations of the investment guarantees and investment act will be issued today, to be approved later by the Prime Minister Dr. Kamal El Ganzouri.
Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Talaat Hammad, said President Hosni Mubarak would issue a republican decree of the administrative authority in charge of putting the act into force. Egypt is undertaking reforms to encourage foreign investment.
