Cairo bourse down

Egypt share prices were subdued August 4, shrinking back from last weekıs levels in the lowest trade volume so far in 1997.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) all-share index fell 0.49 points to close at 333.15 in volume of L.E 16 million (5 million U.S dollars), the lowest since November 18,1996.
The CMA introduced a new computer system on Sunday, August 3, as part of overall plans to upgrade the bourse.
