Berri refuses all foreign submission

The Lebanese speaker Nabih Berri said on August 4 that Lebanon will not accept any international submission or arbitration with Israel over its occupation of the South Lebanon and the western Bekaa, and that will be the only answer of the problems.
He also stated that Lebanon wants a just and comprehensive peace, "What we need is the implementation of resolution 425 adopted by the highest authority on the planet, and that is the United Nations Security Council. We will not accept submission or judgment when it comes to Israelšs occupation."
Berri said in a ceremony to celebrate the Arab international submission conference hosted at the La Sagesse University on August 4, "We have not and we will not surpass the ceiling of the United Nations resolution 425 and resistance to occupation will remain our only option until the occupation is ended."
