New book on Jibrael Saadeh

"With Jibrael Saadeh: a study on his life and works" is the title of journalist Saje Korkomaz's book, recently published in Damascus.
The book has six chapters. It depicts the fruitful literary life of the well-known Syrian writer Jibrael Saadeh.
The first chapter is dedicated to throwing light on Saadeh's literary career including his interest in two important literary genres, the short story and theater.
In the second chapter, the author moves to discuss in details Jibrael's writings on archaeology.
It is clear that Saadeh is attracted to his city Lattakia. He writes about everything in it: the beautiful museum, Ramita, Salah Eddine citadel, Ugarit and many other historical and archaeological sites in the city.
The third and fourth chapters center on Jibrael's researches and lectures on music in addition to his speeches and radio interviews.
The fifth chapter is a documentation to articles written by Jibrael Saadeh on Elia Morkos, Dr. Laila Badr, Dr. Adnan Al Bounni, George Khoudr and Mr. Mounir Hanna.
