Would-be rapist killed

A government employee admitted to stabbing an armed bully to death for storming into his house in Imbaba district this week. The bully was trying to collect protection money from him and attempted to rape Rafael, his wife.
Yassir Mahmoud Amin, 31, told police that a notorious bully in the neighborhood named Hani Farag, 27, entered his house right after returning home demanding LE 150 as a protection fee. After he took the money, he flashed a knife and told Aminıs wife to follow him to an empty room.
³Hani looked abnormal, as if he were loaded or something and wanted to rape my wife. He flashed a pocket knife and dragged my wife all the way to a room, and I fought with him in an bid to rescue her,² Amin told the head of the Imbaba criminal investigation unit.
Amin turned himself over to prosecution.
