Qatari emir leaves Tehran

The Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani left Iran for Qatar early today after a short visit where he met with President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and attended a dinner party organized by President Ahmadinejad.
Iran's ambassador to Qatar, Abdollah Sohrabi told IRNA that the visit is part of Qatar's "Ramadan diplomacy" to further expand relations between the two countries.
