Mubarak stress importance of halting Israeli attacks on the Palestinians

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak has stressed the importance of halting Israeli attacks on the Palestinian people in Gaza. This came in two separate telephone contacts with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Egypt State Information Service reported. Worth noting that some Palestinians complained that Egypt also has been preventing some Palestinians from crossing to the Gaza Strip at its border with Gaza.
