Oman proposes $2b investment in Kish field development

Oman has proposed a $2-billion investment in development plan of Kish gas field, the managing director of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) announced on the southern island on Sunday.
Mahmoud Zirakchianzadeh added that the suggestion includes establishment of a joint investment company and gas exports to the neighboring country.
Following the finalization of the exports plan, one billion cubic feet of gas will be exported to Oman through the 500-km long pipeline per day, he said.
