Shahroudi calls for religious, research cooperation between Iran-Morocco

Iran's Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi who is visiting Morocco called for expansion of religious and research cooperation between Iran and Morocco. "Enemies have launched a propaganda campaign to deviate Muslim youths from path of Islam," Shahroudi said.
Speaking in Dar al-Hadith, a religious site in Rabat, Ayatollah Shahroudi said, "Paying attention to the Holy Quran verses, Islamic traditions and their understanding is a serious issue which can lead in better and more recognition of Islam and its essentials." He said, "We believe that deep attention to the divine verses can help Muslims to reach a real understanding of their time and in this concern creating centers and institutes to make research and study the Islamic traditions are very necessary."
