Hariri: Shaker el-Abbsi gang rocket target Lebanon's unity and stability

Head of the Future Bloc in Parliament MP Saad Hariri condemned rocket attacks by the "Shaker el-Abbsi gang" into villages in North Lebanon and the Akkar plain, and said the latest terrorist attacks by the group are part of its violent campaign against the Lebanese Army and the people of Lebanon.

In a statement, MP Hariri expressed full "solidarity with residents of the North in the face of the indiscriminate rocket attacks, and made clear that Islam rejects violence and is a religion of moderation and forgiveness, despite the group's attempts to hide behind Islam."

Hariri voiced confidence that the Lebanese Army, which has lost many memebers among its ranks in the fighting, will pursue the remainder of the group's members. He said out that the latest attacks in the North target Lebanon's security, unity and stability
