Mubarak, Qathafi probe Darfur crisis

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak telephoned yesterday Libyan Leader Colonel Muammar al-Qathafi over regional issues and the situation in Darfur, Egypt's State Information Service news reported. Meantitme, It added that military cargo aircraft laden with medical aid, foodstuffs, and relief materials was sent to Sudan, and that a C130 aircraft left Thursday for Khartoum to provide shelter for people stranded by continuing floods sweeping Sudan.
