From my private memoirs:

7-3-2007 much in my life has happened since I last wrote in this file. Many strange experiences.

But today, I am writing to record that the "meaning" of life is derived from "freedom of choice". Freedom to choose what to do or not do, what to think or not think, what to feel or not feel, is what gives meaning to life. Meaning is not one thing, it is derived from the fact that we have freedom to choose, and we have such Liberty. Liberty to choose gives meaning to life, and without it, there is no meaning.

And , the meaning of words is revealed in the words themselves, and in how they are used. Even for the word "meaning". For example, when someone says, "I did not 'mean' to hurt your feelings", this person is saying, "I did not 'choose' to hurt your feelings". Therefore "choose, "or "choice" is the same as "mean" or "meaning". This is what the word "meaning" is, it is to "choose" or to have "choice". Therefore, to have "meaning" in life, is to have "choice" in life, or to have "freedom to choose" or simply, to have "liberty".

"'Words' have meaning" therefore, "words" themselves have choices and have liberty. And if words have choices and liberty, "words" are living beings. Choose which "words" I want to live with.

"I am the Word", and this "Word" wants to be me, and the Word wants to be "Jamil Kazoun".

And when he stood there accused, he did not say a word, because he was the word. That is my dad. He new who he was and who he is. He is the word. My dad is a great man, and I am proud to be his son.

side note: the values of the First Amendment Of the US Constitution is of higher value than those of the bible or Quran, because it puts no limit on what you should say or should not say, while the bible and Quran and some others try to tell you what to say or not say and what to do and not do. You want to say nice things or not nice things, it is up to you. You want to give to the poor or not, be greedy or not, it is your choice, and freedom puts no value of judgment on these choices. Freedom does no force you or make you feel guilty about personal choices you make that do not infringe on other's rights. Freedom and Liberty are much higher values than these types of religion, and these are some of the values of the founding fathers.

As for me, I have no values, and I know very little, if anything. That is the kind of educational achievement I have attained in my life. And someone saying he is my dad, and may very well be, tells me, that he gave me this education, and it cost him a lot, including his own blood. Just to have this education.
