Iran, centerpiece of regional peace, security: Morocco PM

Morocco's Prime Minister Driss Jettou said Saturday that Iran is the centerpiece of peace and security in the region.
Jettou was speaking in a meeting with the visiting Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki on the fringes of the World Economic Forum (WEF) for the Middle East eld in Jordan.
He welcomed expansion of bilateral ties between Iran and Morocco and said Iran has made eye-catching progress in the field of science and technology, industry and medicine which Morocco would enjoy.
The premier expressed his regret over infighting in Palestine and said that the conflict emboldened Israel to wage air raids on Palestine and massacre the innocent Palestinian people.
