Israeli soldiers killed 2 Palestinian students last month

Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education said that Israeli occupation forces killed two students and wounded three others in the West Bank last month.

In a report, the Ministry revealed that Bushra Abed al-Rahman 17, of al-Zahra High and Kareem Zahran 14, of Dier Anu Mesha'l schoolboys in Ramallah were killed by Israeli gunfire. While three other students were wounded and twenty students and two teachers were arrested.

The ministry pointed out in its report that the schools of Burka Zarya villages and schools of south east of Nablus villages and towns have been disrupted because of the inability of number of teachers to arrive to schools due to Israeli checkpoints and the preventing of teachers under the age of 30 years to pass these checkpoints.

The Ministry indicated that al-Karama schoolboys in the Jenin governorate have been subjected to an Israeli occupation attack, where part of the school fence was broken and the main two gates were destroyed.
