Gulf states for lifting Palestinian siege and support national unity government

Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) called on international community to exert efforts for lifting siege imposed on the Palestinian people and support the forthcoming unity government.
At the closing and final session of the 102 session of the GCC which held in Riyadh overnight, the GCC welcomed the Mecca agreement and the formation of the national unity government, considering it as a right step forward to resume negotiations and achieve the establishment of an independent viable state, with Jerusalem as its capital.
