Germany, Algeria to boost security cooperation

German and Algerian officials are to step up security cooperation, the weekly Der Spiegel magazine said in a report for today's publication. Meanwhile Berlin has also been pressing Algeria to accept several suspected Algerian Islamists whom the German government wants to deport back to their homeland.
