Kuwaiti civilian slaughters camel to celebrate Saddam death sentence

A Kuwaiti civilian named Matar Hadi al-Anzi slaughtered a camel here Saturday to celebrate the death sentence verdict for former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein.
The portrait of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein had been hung on the slaughtered camel whose meat was distributed among the needy.
Iraqi army occupied Kuwait in 1991 and inflicted heavy psychological and economic damages on the people of Kuwait.
After Iraqi court issued a death sentence for the former dictator, Kuwaiti people took the street jubilantly and distributed sweets to mark the historical occasion.
