Abbas on Quartet, UNSC to reactivate UN Resolutions

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that "We will call the Quartet Committee and the UN Security Council for creating a mechanism or a method" to reactivate the UN resolutions, especially 1515, to revive the peace process." The resolution 1515 calls on the parties to fulfil their obligations under the Roadmap in cooperation with the Quartet and to achieve the vision of two States living side by side in peace and security.
