Turkish President visits Al-Aqsa Mosque

Turkish President, Ahmet Nagdat Sezer visited todau Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock in East Jerusalem.
President Sezer toured in the Islamic holy shrine, accompanied by the Head of Awqaf (religious endowments) Council in Jerusalem, Sheikh Abdul Azim Salhab and the Head of the Presidency Council, Rafik al-Husseini.
The Head of Islamic Ruins Department of Awqaf council, Youssuf Natshe briefed the Turkish President on the Israeli attempts to change the character of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.
