Egyptian-Saudi joint firm with 5 billion investment

Egypt's Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif witnessed yesterday the inking of a memorandum of understanding between Egypt and Saudi Arabia to set up a joint real estate company with 5 billion Egyptian pounds capital.
Cabinet Spokesman Magdi Radi said Nazif welcomed the memo as a chance for luring more Arab investments to Egypt. Radi said real estate sector increased by 12% last year, expecting this figure to surge this year.
