Abu Zeid inaugurates regional meeting of eastern Nile Basin countries

Egyps's Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Mahmoud Abu Zeid inaugurates today the regional meeting of the national action groups affiliated to the Eastern Nile Basin countries: Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia which will discuss the programme of multi-purpose projects within the framework of the Basin's initiative for cooperation.
Abu Zeid told al-Akhbar that the meeting will consider the vision of every group on the proposed projects which in the meantime preserves the three countries quotas.
