The second conference of Education Ministers in the Middle East and the world's major industrialized countries (G-8) opened in Sharm el-Sheikh yesterday under the auspices of Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak.
Minister of Education Dr. Yosri El-Gamal said that the conference, co-chaired by Egypt (Middle East) and Russia industrialized countries), aims at crystallizing a regional initiative and practical steps to employ modern Information technology in modernizing education.
