Kuwaiti Emir: Iran contributes to regional stability

Kuwait's ruler Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah said Monday that Iran can contribute to regional stability and that disturbing its tranquility and security will make the entire region unstable.
Speaking at a meeting with the visiting Iranian Expediency Council Chairman Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, he said that disturbing Iran's security will be detrimental to all regional states.
